TVS Motor Company is an Indian automobile manufacturer operating under the TVS Group which was founded in 1911 by T V Sundram Iyengar. Its headquarters are located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and it manufactures scooters, motorcycles, and three-wheeled vehicles. The TVS 50, India’s first two-seater moped, was launched in 1980 and the commercial production of motorcycles started in 1989. Its current product line includes scooters like Ntorq, Jupiter, Zest, Scooty Pep+; motorcycles like Radeon, StaR City+, Sport; XL100 moped, iQube electric two-wheeler, and TVS King three-wheeler.
